SSA are looking for a Senior Design Manager on behalf of our client, a large Architecture Firm, based in Dublin.

- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects and project teams.
- Strong communication lines with clients to support through all project stages
- Deliver approved design solutions to both project delivery team and client teams
- Drive both delivery team and consulting parties to achieve successful outcomes
- Manage project deliverables, deadlines and resources efficiently and effectively
- Be competent in the role of administering construction contracts, design
team lead and instructions to contractors. - Site visits to provide construction and technical support.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Irish construction
- Experience in Contract Administration
- Excellent design communication and presentation capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
- Experience in either mission critical or commercial sectors highly advantageous
- Strong Revit skills advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to mentor, lead and motivate internal teams
