About the Role
An experienced Electrical Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of electrical work packages on major data centre projects in Frankfurt. You will oversee installation, commissioning, and management of MV/LV cabling, containment, and terminations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage electrical scope delivery in line with project milestones and schedules.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems including containment, MV/LV cabling, and terminations.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resources and productivity.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to avoid impact on delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Provide leadership and maintain effective communication across project stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management of electrical teams.
• Manage client communications and act as primary point of contact for electrical project delivery.
• Lead project close-out activities including reporting and lessons learned.

 
Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing electrical projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV cable installation, containment systems, and electrical commissioning.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical packages safely, on time, and within budget.
• Excellent organisational, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, technical specs, and project management software/tools.
• Fluent in English (C2 level minimum), written and spoken.
• EU passport or unrestricted EU work rights required.
