Electrical Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of electrical work packages on major data centre projects in Frankfurt. You will oversee installation, commissioning, and management of MV/LV cabling, containment, and terminations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage electrical scope delivery in line with project milestones and schedules.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems including containment, MV/LV cabling, and terminations.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resources and productivity.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to avoid impact on delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Provide leadership and maintain effective communication across project stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management of electrical teams.
- Manage client communications and act as primary point of contact for electrical project delivery.
- Lead project close-out activities including reporting and lessons learned.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years' experience managing electrical projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV cable installation, containment systems, and electrical commissioning.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical packages safely, on time, and within budget.
- Excellent organisational, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, technical specs, and project management software/tools.
- Fluent in English (C2 level minimum), written and spoken.
- EU passport or unrestricted EU work rights required.
