SSA is recruiting Intermediate and Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a leading Main Contractor, with multiple positions available across major European locations.

About the role
These are primarily office-based positions with regular site visits to major projects.

Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Full commercial management of electrical packages on large-scale projects
• Budget control, cost tracking, and accurate forecasting
• Managing variations, change orders, and subcontractor accounts
• Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
• Working closely with project managers, design teams, and M&E stakeholders
• Mentoring junior or graduate QS staff (depending on experience level)
• Exposure to major data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial projects

Position requirements

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• 4–10+ years post-graduate experience (depending on role level)
• Strong experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects
• Experience within data centres, pharma, industrial, or mission-critical environments (advantageous)
• MSCSI or working toward chartership (advantageous)
• Valid working rights within Europe
