Our client is a leading M&E Contractor with a strong presence across Europe, delivering large-scale and technically complex projects within the data centre, industrial and mission-critical sectors.
Due to continued growth across their European operations, they are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their site team in Portugal on a major long-term project.

- Supervise and coordinate electrical works and daily site activities.
- Manage electrical subcontractors and labour resources in line with programme requirements.
- Coordinate activities with other trades, supervisors and the wider project team.
- Prepare and manage short-term and two-week look-ahead programmes.
- Monitor site progress and subcontractor performance to ensure works remain on programme.
- Ensure electrical installations are completed to the required quality and workmanship standards.
- Attend daily coordination, planning and progress meetings.
- Monitor materials, plant and equipment delivered to site.
- Ensure plant and access equipment are appropriately certified and fit for use.
- Identify potential delays, variations and programme issues and report these to project management.
- Support the delivery and close-out of electrical works.
Position Requirements:
- Relevant Electrical trade qualification.
- Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar site-based role.
- Strong background within an M&E contracting environment.
- Experience managing subcontractors, labour and electrical installation activities.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and project documentation.
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous data centre, industrial or mission-critical project experience is highly advantageous.
