Estimator – Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

Our client is a well-established, design-build contractor specializing in pre-engineered steel buildings across industrial, commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications
• Complete quantity takeoffs and pricing for steel building projects
• Build relationships with subtrades, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Prepare competitive proposals and support projects through award

Requirements
• 3+ years of estimating experience
• Hands-on experience estimating pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB/PEMB) is required
• Strong understanding of structural/architectural drawings and quantity takeoffs
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating/takeoff software
