Our client is an industry leading provider of Renewables services, delivering a range of sustainable energy-efficient solutions nationwide. They are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to manage the H&S Function and lead continuous improvement in the business. 

About the role:

• Cork Based position.
• Excellent opportunity to manage H&S for a highly reputable Renewables Company. 
• You will manage Health & Safety on Site and lead a wider health and safety team. 
• Competitive Salary & Package circa €70,000 - €80,000 DOE

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health & Safety policies and procedures across site operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, legislation through regular audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions where required.
• Deliver Health & Safety training and awareness programmes to employees, contractors, and site visitors to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor operational activities to identify potential hazards and environmental impacts, driving initiatives to improve safety performance and sustainability outcomes.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters, permits, and environmental reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate Health & Safety documentation, KPIs, and records, while preparing management reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following;

• Relevant Health & Safety / EHS Qualification.
• Strong communication skills.
• 3-5 years Health & Safety Experience Desirable
