Project Manager – Architectural Modular Homes, Brisbane South-West | Circa $160,000 + Super

Are you a Project Manager looking to work on something genuinely different from traditional residential construction?

An exciting opportunity is available to join a rapidly growing modular construction business specialising in architecturally designed, high-end homes.
With its own in-house architecture and manufacturing capabilities, the business has created a highly integrated approach to delivering unique residential projects from concept and design through to manufacture and construction.

The team currently consists of around 28 people and continues to grow, creating a close-knit, energetic and ambitious working environment.
The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of architecturally designed modular homes, working closely with the internal architecture, design, manufacturing and construction teams.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinating internal architecture, design, manufacturing and construction teams
• Managing project programmes, budgets and key deliverables
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and trades
• Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitoring quality, safety and construction standards
• Identifying and resolving project issues
• Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and expectations

About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys being involved in the delivery of quality construction projects and wants to be part of a growing business.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and commercial awareness
• The ability to coordinate multiple teams and keep projects moving
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• An appreciation for high-end, architectural construction

Experience across modular, residential or architecturally designed construction would be highly advantageous, but it is not essential.
