Our client is a a key player in Ireland's Energy sector. They have been undergoing rapid expansion and are looking to hire a Health & Safety Manager to oversee the Health & Safety aspects of the company.

- Utilise EHS management system for compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive safety training for all departments.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage incident reporting.
- Develop and oversee emergency response plans and safety audits.
- Maintain safety equipment and ensure its availability.
- Monitor vendor and contractor safety compliance.
- Chair EHS committees and collaborate on departmental safety goals.
- Advise on environmental initiatives, such as waste management and sustainability.
- Represent the company at industry events and engage with peers.
- Manage the EHS department budget for program effectiveness.
- Relevant H&S Qualification
- 4+ Years H&S Management Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Full Driving Licence
