A boutique construction management firm specializing in custom commercial interiors and upscale residential builds is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join their team. Known for their craftsmanship and client-focused approach, this company delivers complex, high-quality projects across the GTA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PM who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in delivering beautiful, design-forward spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and trades
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractor scopes, and procurement
• Track and manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Toronto construction market
• Proven experience in commercial interiors, luxury residential, or custom builds
• Strong understanding of local building codes and permit processes
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
• PMP certification or a background in construction management or engineering is an asset
