This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a large building Main Contractor in Limerick, with future projects planned in the Munster region.
You will gain great experience working with experienced professionals on a very interesting project for a well-known company.
About the role:
You will be site-based for the duration of the works, on a high-value project that commenced recently. Working closely with the Senior QS, you will be responsible for;
Progress reporting, managing subcontractor performance, cost control, identifying opportunities for entitlement, assisting with tender submissions, and much more...

- Third level degree qualification (or pending)
- 2-5 years relevant experience
