Our client, A reputable Mechanical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Europe, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Lead project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
- Manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting for commercial efficiency.
- Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, including ISO standards and audits.
- Provide leadership, coordinate project teams, and support staff development.
- Apply strong construction, commercial, and technical skills with effective communication and problem-solving


Position Requirements:

- Over 5 years’ experience in Contracts Management or Senior Project Management within Mechanical Engineering.
- Qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practice
