SSA are working with a market-leading MEP Contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team in Brisbane.

Our client is significant estimating experience with a proven background in D&C style tenders.

Project Types:

Industrial - Processing plants, factories
Commercial - Retail and Office Fit-outs
Health - Care facilities and hospitals

Key Responsibilities:

Supported by the Engineering team - preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Mechanical systems.
Reviewing tenders, engage suppliers, and identify project risks and opportunities.
Support project planning, procurement, contract admin, and site coordination.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, WHS policies, and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Capable of developing tenders based on design brief/building footprint
Experience in Mechanical estimating or project coordination.
Strong understanding of Chilled Water systems and Australian Standards.
Analytical mindset with solid communication and stakeholder skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/project management software.
