About the role:
• Covering projects in Galway / Mayo and Limerick

• €55-65k salary (DOE)
• Fully expensed company vehicle
Duties include (but not limited to):
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability (HSES) standards, and be familiar with all HSQE procedures and statutory requirements.
• Support or assume project management duties when required, ensuring adherence to programme timelines and budget controls.
• Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, technical submittals, and coordinated drawings across all disciplines.
• Manage site logistics including material receipt verification, commissioning, quality control documentation, and project handover files.
• Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely procurement and effective project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, lead weekly planning meetings, and adjust workflows to meet project milestones.
• Support team development through mentoring junior staff and continuously seek personal career growth opportunities
Position requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within mechanical engineering or building services.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills with the ability to contribute effectively to meetings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to engage suppliers/subcontractors during procurement and project delivery phases.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and international building codes and standards.
• Full, clean driver’s licence and ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
