Project Manager – (Construction)
An established construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage consultants, trades, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities include contract management, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change orders, and project reporting.
Requirements: 5+ years’ PM experience, multi-family construction background, strong leadership and financial acumen, and post-secondary education in construction or engineering. Gold Seal preferred.
Salary: $120K–$140K + benefits
