This role is ideal for a driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has successfully managed commercial, institutional, or light industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project delivery of new build ICI construction projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administration
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site meetings with Superintendents, consultants, and clients
- Monitor project performance and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering ground-up ICI projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Experience managing projects from $5M+ preferred
- Solid understanding of CCDC contracts and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, or similar construction software
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
