Project Manager - Victoria, BC
A local General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager to deliver commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders, leading project meetings, coordinating consultants and trades, overseeing subcontract buyout and contract administration, preparing progress claims and reports, and working closely with Site Superintendents to ensure safety, quality and productivity through to close out.
5+ years of PM experience required.
Salary $100,000 to $130,000.
