Job Description

I am seeking a Project Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor, for a project in Cork.
 
€80k - €90k base salary + package on offer.

The company in question are a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors, including data centres, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, hotels and more.


To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
• Experience working with a Main Contractor in either Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent negotiation/communication skills, confidence in making decisions, and strong commercial awareness
• IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Planning Software – Microsoft Project, Asta or the like would be an advantage
