Job Description

SSA are looking for a project manager on behalf of our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy, based in Dublin.

They are looking for an experienced project manager to lead multiple projects simultaneously in the residential and healthcare sectors.

About the role

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication across all parties
• Provide regular reporting to senior management
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering multiple construction projects in Ireland and/or the UK
• Strong background in residential and/or healthcare sector projects (Advantageous)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant third-level qualification (Architecture preferred but not essential)
• Professional accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable
