About the company:
Our client is a highly reputable M&E Contractor delivering large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects throughout Europe. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join the project team in Portugal.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Lead and manage the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works.
• Manage and support QA/QC Engineers on site.
• Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Manage NCRs and ensure corrective actions are closed out.
• Liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to the required standard.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor quality performance and ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications.
• Promote a right-first-time approach across the project.

Position Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations.
• Previous experience managing or leading quality teams.
• Strong understanding of ITPs, inspections, NCRs, audits, and handover documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Previous data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
