Quality Manager


I am working with a Contractor who is seeking a Quality Manager in Dublin. This is a long term opportunity with a well established Contractor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review design documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and technical queries
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications
• Monitor and manage design changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication to relevant stakeholders
• Support the integration of design information into construction activities, ensuring buildability and efficiency
• Conduct technical reviews of drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and inspection plans
• Identify potential design risks, clashes, or inconsistencies and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of design revisions, approvals, and technical documentation
• Provide technical support to site and project management teams as required
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to programme and delivery planning

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company quality management systems and project-specific quality plans
• Support audits, inspections, and quality control processes
• Promote best practice in design coordination and technical delivery make this half the size and reword slightly
