About the role:

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Dublin office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment, with structured training and clear progression routes to become a Recruitment Consultant.
As a Resourcer, you will:

• Source and screen candidates for live vacancies across the construction and engineering sectors.
• Write and post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify new talent pools.
• Support Consultants with candidate management and interview coordination.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
