My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join their Vancouver team. This role is pivotal in maximizing sales and overseeing all aspects of the sales office, particularly as they relate to the sales floor. 

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Sales Team to execute the sales process in a professional and friendly manner, aligned with company values and customer experience standards.
  • Implement the Sales Strategy, as directed by the Director of Sales, ensuring the team follows all steps for successful execution.
  • Foster an exceptional brand experience for both clients and prospective buyers, delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with the project Portfolio Team, ensuring all feedback and processes are properly followed.
  • Oversee all deals executed by the Sales Team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives.
  • Manage and track all database-related activities throughout the sales program.
  • Provide both formal and informal training to consultants on sales best practices, policies, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the development and preparation of Sales Training sessions, ensuring the entire team is well-versed in all content.
  • Drive the team towards meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in Project Marketing.
  • Active Real Estate License with the REBGV.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office (Office 365).
  • Experience with HubSpot and Avesdo is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Outgoing, personable attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset but not required.
