Senior Architect - PM/Design Consultancy - Dublin

SSA are looking for a Senior Architect on behalf of our client, a PM/Design Consultancy, based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design delivery on multiple projects simultaneously
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit
- Manage BIM coordination and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
- Prepare planning, tender, statutory, and construction documentation
- Oversee project delivery from feasibility through to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior architectural staff and support team development
- Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections
- Support design management processes across large-scale programmes
- Degree in Architecture (RIAI / ARB accredited or equivalent)
- Minimum 8+ years’ post-graduate professional experience
- Strong experience delivering projects in Ireland and/or the UK
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Excellent understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes
- Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA work stages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
