Our client is seeking a Site Agent to manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
The Role The Site Agent will oversee site operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage site operations and programme delivery
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers
- Monitor progress and report on site performance
Candidate Requirements - Previous experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
- Experience in civils or construction projects is advantageous
