Job Description

In this role, you will lead a variety of transportation infrastructure projects, including municipal roads, complete streets, active transportation facilities, roundabouts, and intersection improvements. You will be responsible for managing projects through planning, design, contract administration, and construction support while overseeing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transportation engineering projects from concept to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and financial performance
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, municipalities, and consultants
• Provide technical leadership and construction support
• Prepare proposals, reports, and project documentation
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff

Requirements

• P.Eng. designation with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
• 8+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Experience delivering municipal transportation infrastructure projects
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
