✈️ Traveling Site Superintendent - ICI Construction (Commercial Renovations)
�� Canada Wide | ✈️ Travel within & outside the province required
�� Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + All Travel Expenses Covered

�� About the Role
Are you an experienced Site Superintendent who thrives on the road and enjoys leading high-quality commercial renovation projects across Canada?

We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong ICI construction experience to oversee exciting projects for top clients like Walmart, Swiss Chalet, Burger King, and other national brands ����

�� What You'll Do
- ��️ Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization to close-out
- �� Supervise trades, enforce safety standards, and ensure top-quality workmanship
- ��️ Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem-solving to keep projects on track
- �� Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- �� Represent the company professionally while working across multiple provinces

�� What We're Looking For
- �� 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent within ICI or commercial renovation projects
- �� Proven ability to manage retail, restaurant, or tenant improvement work
- �� Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- �� Willingness to travel and work overnight as required
- �� Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (expenses covered)
