About the Company: The client we represent is a large sized specialist sub-contractor based in North West London. They have been established for almost 30 years now and have an annual turnover in the region of £80m, with a profit in excess of £10m and typical project ranging from £5m to £30m. Being based in North West London, the majority of their work is London based, but also Home Counties. They specialise in RC frames.
About the Role: They require an Assistant Project Manager to work on a £12million project in Central London. You will have a multitude of roles including site inductions, drawing co-ordination, site administration as well as the more exciting part of managing the workforce, subcontractors, take-offs and day to day management assisting the Project Manager.
About the Requirements: Ideally the individual would have several years’ experience of working for a subcontractor or Main Contractor working in a junior capacity who are looking to progress their role. You must have a degree in either Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
