About the Client: My client is growing specialist civils subcontractor, specialising in complex RC Frame/Groundworks packages across London and the Southeast. They have a current turnover of almost £50m and work on projects to the value of £10m. They have grown year on year and have new structures in place to take them to the next level.
  
About the Role: The client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager from industry, to help run a £8m project in Central London. You must be a hands on Construction Manager with good communicational skills, and be able to forge good relationships with Engineers, Project Managers, Surveyors and the main contractor alike, whilst having the skills to deliver the site within the required time frames.
  
About the requirements: Ideally you will have 5 years + experience as a Construction manager within the Civils sector, and ideally have good knowledge of RC Frame/Ground works related sites. You will be required to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and have the ability to drive and deliver sites on time.
