My client is a leading Project Management consultancy that specialises in full project and development management. They work with a number of blue-chip clients and typically look after Tier 1 and 2 projects. Due to growth, they require an Assistant Project Manager to join their high-performing team.
The Role

Working alongside a Project Manager you will be based in their Sydney office. You will be responsible for the following –

  • Assisting with the DA process
  • Procurement of technical consultants
  • Design management
  • Procurement and management of head contractors
  • Assist with the implementation of the project schedule and activities throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Attend client meetings and take minutes and drive actions.
  • Assist to develop detailed project budget and forecast cash flows/milestones from approved budget
  • Assist with the development of a project risks register and ongoing monitoring and mitigating project risks.
  • Supporting the contract administration through the construction stage of delivery.

You will have

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • Qualifications in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or Architecture
  • At least 1 years’ experience from a consultancy, client-side, construction, or architecture background
  • Experience in Residential/Commercial/Hotel projects will be highly regarded.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
