About the Role:
• Applying technical knowledge and practical engineering production skills in a BIM environment.
• Ensuring that the modelling/drafting/designing component of the project comes within agreed budgets and delivery dates.
• Resolving complex technical modelling/drafting and design issues and identifying and selecting appropriate technology solutions.
• High level communication skills and ability to work as part of a team with resources in alternate office and project locations.
About You:
• Tertiary-qualified in Building Information Modelling or hold a TAFE (or equivalent) qualification.
• You must have Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulic Revit experience working on building services projects. Health projects are desired.
• Understand BIM techniques using Revit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative and think outside the box.
• Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently once set a task.
• A desire to continue development in the Revit/BIM Design package space is key.
