Project Manager – High-Rise Builder Developer
Client Details
My client is one of the leading high-rise builder developers in the GTA, with over 20 years of experience in building some of the most recognizable communities throughout Toronto. They are now looking to hire a Project manager for new and existing projects. This is a very important role for them and the successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Construction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders.
• Oversee the tender/contracting process and the submittal review process.
• Management of the procurement schedule.
• Produce detailed monthly progress reports and oversee the change management process.
• Management of project closeout and the occupancy process.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are being adhered to.

Experience:
• At least 5 years of construction experience, with 2-3 years in the role of Project Manager.
• You must have completed at least one project from start to finish.
• High-Rise experience is required.
• Construction related degree (Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering)

This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in Toronto. The salary for the role will range from $110K – $145K, depending on previous experience.
