About the role:
SSA are recruiting for an Architectural Technician to be based in Dublin with a reputable Architecture firm. A solid technical ability is required coupled with 3-5+ years relevant Revit experience. Candidates must possess a relevant portfolio showcasing Revit experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work and develop an understanding of multiple developments being undertaken, including commercial, residential and industrial projects.
- Liaising with the Director and client to develop the design.
- Assist with planning applications and drawing packages.
- Coordinating with the design and technical team to optimise stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience experience.
- Previous experience within the commercial, industrial or residential sector beneficial but not necessary.
- Proficiency in Revit necessary.
