We at SSA Group are recruiting a Junior Recruitment Consultant to become part of an established team within our Dublin Office.

Within Ireland, we have established offices in both Dublin City Centre and Limerick, and are now looking to grow our team.

About the role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin office. The rewards and benefits for joining the business at this stage will be significant and will lead to genuine career-progression opportunities.

You’ll be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, assisting clients find skilled individuals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets. You will nurture existing relationships as well as developing new ones.

Over time you will become an expert within your market, and use this knowledge to grow your desk, and the business as a whole.
The role will suit someone with a professional personality, strong communication skills, hard-working, motivated and personable. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry in addition to your own market.

You will be dealing with existing clients rather than focusing on cold calling and you will be very much working within a ‘hot desk’ all the while developing your knowledge of the industry. Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary, nor is construction industry experience or construction qualification.

Requirements:

  • Degree-Qualified in Construction/Business/HR/Marketing
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the recruitment industry
  • The ideal candidate will have a hunger and desire to succeed
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Organised with the ability and hunger to manage a busy desk
