About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Limerick office. This is a newly created role and is a unique career opportunity for a passionate marketing professional. You will work closely with members of our Irish offices (Limerick & Dublin), while liaising with Business Leaders across the Group on a weekly basis.
This role would suit a recent Marketing Graduate or someone looking to fast-track their career progression within a busy, varied role. If you’re a degree-qualified individual who is energetic, creative, and motivated, with a professional attitude – we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include;
– Delivering engaging content through various methods and platforms
– Project managing marketing activities from conception to delivery
– Identifying and planning business development events in different regions
– Liaising with external parties regarding data analysis (i.e. SEO, candidate attraction)
– Designing and coordinating targeted social media campaigns
– Developing and scheduling material based on different time-zones
– Compiling blog posts, newsletters, and other industry-specific communication
– Suggesting ideas to promote our brand to candidates, clients, and prospective employees
– Developing close working relationships with business leaders throughout the Group
– Creating an understanding of region-specific communication styles
Excellent communication skills are required. Post-graduate marketing experience is not essential, nor is recruitment industry knowledge, however either of these would be advantageous. A good understanding of marketing tools is also desirable (i.e. Adobe, Agorapulse, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc).
