SSA are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to be based in Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area. Our client are an established family run business that have been in operation for over 30 years.
They have a number of new projects commencing in the immediate future ranging in value across sectors such as Commercial, Industrial and Health Care projects.
Our client are offering:

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring H&S standards are met on sites.
- Management of Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff
- Liaising with MD in order to meet project deadlines and plan resources.
- Manage labour, materials and subcontractors on site.
- Sign off on weekly reports from Senior Site Staff
- Review project cashflows/histogram/P&Ls prepared by CMs/PMs/Site Engineers
- Ensure work is delivered on budget with project team
- Ensure weekly status reports are send to MD.
