I am seeking a Senior Engineer on behalf of one of Ireland’s most reputable Main Contractors for a new Pharma project in Co. Offaly upon which they will be commencing work on in the coming weeks.
Salary + package will depend upon experience but will be in the €60k – €70k salary range plus package.

My client has established itself as a top Irish building & civil engineering contractor delivering high quality, sustainable construction projects across a range of sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Industrial, and more. They have a long history and have established a very good reputation in the industry.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist in maintaining the progress on site in accordance with Project Programme, H&S and Building Regulations.
- Assist in producing and maintaining contract programs with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
- Liaise with senior management and commercial teams to ensure the project meets overall budget requirements
- Management of the procurement of materials, plant and equipment needed for the project
- Management of sub-contractors and site personnel
- Drive project through to successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Maintaining, tracking and scheduling work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports from the master construction programme
- Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and the Construction Team
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Degree qualified in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent people management and communication skills
