Architectural Technologist - PM/Design Consultancy - Dublin

SSA are looking for an Architectural Technologist in Dublin on behalf of our client, a project management and design consultancy, based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, technical details and construction documentation
- Produce and manage BIM/Revit models across multiple project stages
- Coordinate design information with internal teams and external consultants
- Assist with planning, statutory compliance and Building Regulations submissions
- Participate in design team meetings and technical workshops
- Support project delivery through all RIBA/Project stages
- Carry out site visits and assist with technical inspections where required
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing registers
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary design environment
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Experience preparing construction drawings and coordinated design packages
- Understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience working on commercial, residential, education or mixed-use projects desirable
