Job Description

My Client is a well-established and highly respected M&E Design Consultancy seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their Dublin office, where they will be involved in design delivery and technical project coordination.
  
The successful BIM Coordinator will become part of a busy and collaborative team delivering Design, Project Management, and Construction Supervision services across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial, and other sectors.
  
Knowledge & Skills:

• Produce and maintain accurate BIM models and coordinated MEP drawings using Revit and associated software.
• Create 2D and 3D building services layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Capable of working efficiently under direction while meeting project deadlines.
• Comfortable managing workload across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience producing coordinated MEP models for commercial, healthcare, residential, or educational projects would be an advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience.
• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.

Benefits:

• €45,000 to €55,000 – Dependent on Experience.
