Our client, a leading
ICI General Contractor, is seeking a
Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This role is focused on
building relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing new projects within the ICI construction sector.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth within the ICI construction market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and industry partners.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with company objectives.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to expand market presence.
- Work closely with estimating and operations teams to support bid submissions and proposals.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and pipeline opportunities.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of proven sales/business development experience within construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) construction market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close business deals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for growth.
