Structural Engineer – Exposure to a Variety of Projects – Support and Mentorship
I have an exceptional opportunity in the South East of Melbourne with a reputable client of mine. A very well-established business, I am currently looking for a Structural Engineer who enjoys working on a variety of projects that include Commercial, Industrial and High-End Residential Projects.
Client Details:
A reputable consultancy who are experts when it comes to High End Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. Given their current pipeline work, they are looking to expand their growing team. They possess an unrivalled passion for engineering and a commitment to supporting and developing their people so that they not only reach their potential but excel and become the next leaders in industry!
About the Role: Structural Engineer
• Performing structural analysis of high-end residential, commercial, and industrial buildings constructed from materials such as timber, masonry, concrete and steel.
• Detailed structural design of building projects
• Analysis and Design for a broad range of clients
• Problem solving
• Stakeholder Management and liaising with the senior leadership team
• Assisting with documentation standards and ensuring all designs are up to Australian Standards
• Hands-on design and analysis
• Working closely with clients through continual liaison from conception to completion.
About You
• Qualified with a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Well-rounded with 4 to 7 years + local design experience using Australian Standards for concrete (post-tension and reinforced), steel, masonry and timber design
• Experienced in the following software package; Microstran or SpaceGass, Inducta & RAPT
