Client Liaison Officer Role:
A well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join its growing team in Melbourne.

Working closely with clients throughout the construction process, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while coordinating permits, approvals, documentation, and project-related communications.
Location:
The role is based in Melbournes Northen suburbs
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communications throughout the construction journey
• Coordinate permits, approvals, and project documentation
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide timely updates and support to clients
• Maintain accurate records and project information
• Assist in resolving client queries and concerns professionally

About You
- Must have done 2 years minimum (3+ years preferable) continuously as a Client Liaison for a residential builder
- Only interested in those who have that experience in the Pre-construction Stage that also looks after the client – see PD for the detail
- Not suitable for anyone who has only had experience once construction commenced and/or has experience only as a Contract Administrator
- Full-time permanent
- Salary $80K - 90K + super (dependent on experience)
