Client Liaison Officer Role:

A well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join its growing team in Melbourne.

Working closely with clients throughout the construction process, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while coordinating permits, approvals, documentation, and project-related communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communications throughout the construction journey
• Coordinate permits, approvals, and project documentation
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide timely updates and support to clients
• Maintain accurate records and project information
• Assist in resolving client queries and concerns professionally

About You
