- Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team to deliver high‑quality support across the site.
- Allocate and oversee daily/weekly priorities.
- Develop safety programs for the site.
- Aid in maintaining an effective EHS system.
- Maintain EHS documentation for compliance.
- Implement and oversee EHS training programs.
- Support training for new and existing staff.
- Oversee EHS incident management and risk assessments.
- Degree in EHS or similar field.
- 3+ years EHS experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices
- Experience Managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
