Duties include (but not limited to):
• Leading and managing the direct labour workforce on site.
• Overseeing health & safety in conjunction with the EHS Officer—including SPA’s, records, the Health & Safety file, and compliance.
• Managing and monitoring electrical installations and installations of packages to ensure they are delivered to drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Coordinating subcontractor works to ensure progress, quality, and integration with the programme.
• Monitoring productivity of all workers under your remit to maintain output and standards.
• Tracking daily progress against the project schedule and reporting to the Project Manager.
• ·Managing labour, materials, and site deliveries to maintain momentum.
• Driving quality—snagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Liaising with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
• Overseeing testing, verification, and certification before handover
Position Requirements:
• Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification).
• 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman on healthcare and industrial projects (essential).
• Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce on live construction sites.
• Strong track record overseeing electrical installations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements.
• Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and quality
