Job Description

I am seeking a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Building Contractors, for a high profile project in Dublin City Centre. The role would suit someone who has held a similar role with another main contractor, however you don’t need experience working on projects of such a large scale. Circa €70k - €80k + package on offer for the right person.

About the company:

My client is a Tier 1 Building and Civil engineering contractor with vast experience across all sectors of the construction industry. They’re known for delivering high quality, sustainable construction projects across a range of sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Education, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres. 

What you will need:

• Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
• Strong finishes experience.
• Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level
