Our client, a reputable General Contractor specializing in design-build and renovation projects across the Ottawa region, is looking for an experienced ICI Site Superintendent to join their growing team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site leadership, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control on projects up to $5M. You'll be working closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local regulations
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI design-build and renovation projects
- Proven track record delivering projects up to $5M in value
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and quality management
- Experience working in the Ottawa construction market
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Work on diverse ICI design-build and renovation projects
