A growing and reputable General Contractor is currently looking to hire a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator to join their team in North York.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estimating experience in mechanical and/or electrical scopes who is looking to work on exciting construction projects with a strong and supportive team environment and make the change to a General Contractor.
 
�� Responsibilities:
 
- Prepare accurate mechanical and electrical estimates and take-offs

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

- Assist with budgeting, pricing, and bid submissions

- Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
 
✅ Qualifications:

- Experience in estimating mechanical and/or electrical scopes within construction

- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tenders
 
�� Salary Range:
 
$80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
