I am seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor for a major Data Centre project in Germany.

About the role:
Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 + Relocation Package
Location: Germany
Contract: Fixed Term

Your main duties will include:

• Supervising mechanical installation works, teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinating with the Project Manager, Engineers and wider site team.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Overseeing mechanical installations and resolving site issues.
• Monitoring progress and supporting project delivery.

To be successful you will have:

• Mechanical Trade Qualification / Klempner.
• Previous Mechanical Supervisor experience.
• Large-scale Data Centre or MEP experience.
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
