Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Façade & Cladding
Location: London
Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE)
The Company
Our client is a leading façade and cladding contractor with an impressive portfolio spanning high-rise residential, commercial, and super-prime developments across London. With a strong secured order book and a reputation for technical excellence, they're looking to add an experienced QS to their commercial team.
The Role

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle on façade/cladding packages, from post-contract award through to final account
• Prepare monthly valuations, applications for payment, and cost/value reconciliations (CVRs)
• Procure and negotiate with specialist subcontractors and suppliers across rainscreen, unitised curtain walling, SFS, and associated envelope packages
• Measure and price variations, managing the change control process with clients and main contractors
• Prepare and agree final accounts, protecting commercial position throughout
• Identify and manage commercial risk, keeping the Commercial Manager/Director informed
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with tier-1 main contractors and design teams
• Support pre-construction with cost planning, tender adjudication, and package procurement strategy where required
• Attend site and progress meetings, ensuring commercial and operational teams remain aligned

About You

• Proven QS experience within façade, cladding, or curtain walling packages (rainscreen, unitised, SFS, or similar)
• Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
• Confident managing final accounts and commercial risk on complex, high-value packages
• Experience working with tier-1 contractors on London-based projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
• Full UK driving licence desirable
