Key Responsibilities
- Leading engineering delivery across multiple sections
- Managing QA, technical assurance, and compliance
- Reviewing designs, temporary works, and buildability
- Coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and client teams
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Strong background in major civils/highways/earthworks
- Excellent technical leadership and decision‑making
- Understanding of geotechnical interfaces and temporary works
- Ability to manage complex engineering challenges
