A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious £20 million residential and retail fit-out in Central London.
This is a senior leadership role on a high-profile scheme, requiring a confident, commercially aware project lead who can oversee the full lifecycle – from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a major mixed-use fit-out project in Central London
Oversee teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships
Ensure successful delivery within programme, budget, and quality standards
Uphold top-tier health & safety and risk management standards
Drive coordination, reporting, and problem-solving on-site
What You’ll Need:
8+ years’ experience delivering high-value fit-out projects (£10M+)
Strong background in both residential and retail construction
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex programmes and fast-paced environments
Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related discipline
