Our client is a well-established consulting engineering firm that's continuing to invest heavily in its Ottawa Land Development team.

They're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, not just of projects, but of client relationships, technical delivery, mentoring staff, and helping shape the future direction of the business.

You'll be trusted to lead projects from concept through construction while working alongside experienced professionals who genuinely collaborate rather than compete.

The Projects:

• Site Plans
• Plans of Subdivision
• Municipal servicing design
• Grading design
• Stormwater Management & LID
• Contract Administration
• Public and private sector developments across Ontario

No being pigeonholed into one small part of the process, you'll oversee projects from beginning to end.

They're Looking For Someone Who...

• Enjoys leading projects rather than simply delivering tasks.
• Can build lasting relationships with clients and municipalities.
• Likes mentoring younger engineers and helping them develop.
• Understands both the technical and commercial side of consulting.
• Wants to play a meaningful role in a growing team.

You'll Ideally Have:

• 10+ years in Land Development consulting
• P.Eng., C.E.T. or C.Tech.
• Strong Site Plan and Subdivision experience
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of municipal servicing, grading, SWM, LID and contract administration
